Karlspreis Europa Summit 2022
On Wednesday, 16 November, the Charlemagne Prize Europe Summit 2022, which has already been established since 2019 and is organised jointly with the government of North Rhine-Westphalia, will take place and will be opened by NRW Minister for Europe Nathanael Liminski. This will be followed by exciting discussion panels on important topics for the future, such as the European security architecture, the energy transition, climate and economic policy developments and current reform approaches. In addition, the scholarship holders of the Charlemagne Prize Europe Academy will present their research results and discuss them with experts and decision-makers from politics, science and business. Among others, the Belgian MEP Guy Verhofstadt, energy expert Dr Kirsten Westphal and the President of the Centre for European Economic Research, Prof. Dr Achim Wambach, have confirmed their participation in the Summit as speakers - which can be followed and commented on in the livestream at www.karlspreis.de.
